Damages and issues

Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us within 48 hours of delivery, if the item is defective, or damaged or if you receive the wrong item so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Returns

If for any reason you are not satisfied with your purchase you have 14 days from delivery to request a return and then a further 14 days to return it to us. 

Requests to returns will only be accepted on receipt of the official returns form, which should be emailed to sales@kcathome.co.uk. Once this has been received, we will email to advise the return address. You will be responsible for the cost of returning your item(s) to us.

All returns should be in a new and unused condition and in their original packaging. Judgment on the condition of goods and packaging will be at the sole discretion of KC At Home. We reserve the right to reduce your refund to reflect any reduction in the value of the goods by handling them in such a way as would not be permitted in a shop.

Returns received after the 14 days may not be refunded. 

The 14 calendar day returns rule only applies to retail sales for private individuals and does not apply to companies or businesses.

Exceptions / non-returnable items

Made-to-order, non-standard, customised, sale, or special order products are not eligible for the returns policy. 

Exchanges

We do not offer exchanges.  The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.

Refunds

We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
If more than 15 business days have passed since we approved your return, please contact us.
